生產(chǎn)工藝流程

玄武巖物料經(jīng)過(guò)TSW1345給料機(jī)均勻輸送至PE900×1200顎破進(jìn)行粗碎，隨后進(jìn)入HPT500圓錐破進(jìn)行細(xì)碎處理，最后通過(guò)兩臺(tái)圓振動(dòng)篩分級(jí)篩分，輸出符合要求的成品骨料。

現(xiàn)場(chǎng)情況

哈爾濱巴彥碎石生產(chǎn)線于2016年投產(chǎn)，主要用于加工玄武巖。物料由TSW1345振動(dòng)給料機(jī)源源輸入，進(jìn)入PE900×1200深腔顎破進(jìn)行初級(jí)碎碎，隨后由HPT500多缸圓錐破進(jìn)行二級(jí)破碎，3YKN3075及3YKN2475振動(dòng)篩完成石子的篩分，最終輸出符合粒度要求的成品。值得一提的是，該客戶是巴彥縣HPT系列多缸圓錐破的使用者，該項(xiàng)目也是同地區(qū)采用二段破碎達(dá)到350t/h產(chǎn)能的生產(chǎn)線。
