老撾作為中南半島礦產(chǎn)資源富集區(qū)，已探明金、銅、錫、鉛、鐵等20余種礦產(chǎn)。本項目位于瑯勃拉邦礦區(qū)，是一個總投資8000萬美元、年產(chǎn)120萬噸的中型鐵礦石選礦項目。礦區(qū)面積500公頃，鐵礦石平均品位45%，主要礦物為磁鐵礦與赤鐵礦混合礦。
